We recently purchased this with the 7 inch monitor screen, and love the picture quality and sound. When the initial package was delivered, one of the cameras was not working, but we reached out to Amazon, who then contacted Welbabel directly, and they were able to send us a replacement camera very quickly. Since we have two little ones, it's nice being able to have a split screen function and watch both of them simultaneously when needed. We previously had a name brand camera that ran off of Wi-Fi and a phone app, but since we live in an area with shotty Internet service, the monitor would cut out overnight and wouldn't automatically reconnect. So we would wake up throughout the night and notice that the camera was off and disconnected, Which obviously makes us concerned for our kids safety. So it's nice having a monitor system that doesn't rely on Internet or Wi-Fi.

Overall I really like this monitor. I received the monitor from my registry. I chose this monitor because I read and read to find what I wanted. We have the double camera. The camera in my sons room sits on a shelf across the room to view his whole room since he is in a big boy bed. Its perfect for his room. In my daughters room we mounted (as directed in instructions) to the wall above her crib. I did have to put the camera really high up the wall to get the complete view of her crib. I wanted to be able to see all corners on the interior of the crib. Thankfully we have high ceiling. After we installed if 5 days later I walked into my daughters nursery and it was broken and dangling off the wall. She is not yet born so thankful I did not have to worry about it braking in the middle of the night. However I now am 37 weeks pregnant and have to start over on installing a new monitor system.

Bought several of cheaper monitors with smaller screen. Returned them. This item is the best with clear vision, and sound to monitor my older husband who is sick. In the night I can see him standing up, and going back to bed.

I love this monitor! The screen is large enough to adequately show both of my children on the 7 inch screen. I love the Vox mode option which allows for the screen to be off unless their is a sound and it will alternate to whichever child is making noise. Also love that this does not require WiFi. Excellent customer service from this company. My son got a hold of the parent unit, causing an issue with the attena, and since it was still under warranty, they mailed a new one. Anyway, great monitor with a great price point!
