Awesome boat

This is a major upgrade over our cheap store bought boats. This boat is larger and performs so much better. It comes with two batteries so one can charge while the other is in use. Its easy to use , my 6 year old was able to get the hang of driving it after a few minutes. Really fun toy.

Fun!

This sucker is speedy and SUPER fun! I love the lights - it makes it light up the pond at night.

Description is inaccurate

The description provided is not accurate.- There is no power "on/off" switch on the boat. Once you connect the battery, the lights turn on, and the boat propellers are ready. The only way to turn it of is to open the lid and manually disconnect the battery.- Rear speed on the boat is not helpful. The boat doesn't go in reverse, but stays in one place with propellers spinning.- Forward speed is fine, and left/right turns are good. But if you get stuck somewhere, you wouldn't be able to move back in reverse.- Two buttons on RC controller are fake - there are no "Light Switch" or "Drive & Speed Fine adjustments". Those buttons are just not there.- Battery life is good.

Nephew Loves It!

I got this for my nephew because he had a birthday a couple weeks ago! He was thrilled with it and that was before he found out that it lights up! Only thing is I should've bought 2 of them because, of course, his younger brother wants one as well! Either way it made me win best aunt ever prize! LOL

Good and bad

Lots of fun. However, there is no on/off button. It's constantly on until you unscrew the cap to get the battery out, which is a hassle. Then, once you want to use it again, you have to put the battery back in and screw the cap back on. Overall a bit frustrating. However, once it's up and functioning, it is pretty fun and works good.
